Robust performance for industrial and embedded applications

Equipped with an Intel® Core™ Ultra 5 processor (Meteor Lake-U), the CORE 5 Ultra delivers impressive performance thanks to integrated Intel® Xe graphics and DDR5-5600 memory (up to 96 GB). The integrated NPU provides dedicated AI acceleration with up to 20× performance-per-watt improvement – ideal for machine vision, predictive maintenance, and data-intensive applications.

With a temperature range of 0 °C to +35°C and the external DC input (9–24 V), the CORE 5 Ultra is perfectly suited for deployment in harsh industrial environments.

Wide range of video and data interfaces

Despite its compact dimensions of only 140 × 148 mm, the CORE 5 Ultra offers exceptional connectivity. For video output, it features two DisplayPort 1.4a connectors, one USB-C port with DisplayPort Alt Mode, and another USB-C port with Thunderbolt™ 4/USB4 support, enabling up to four 4K displays or two 8K displays to be driven simultaneously.

For data connectivity, the Mini-PC includes four USB 3.2 Gen2 Type A ports, one USB-C 3.2 Gen2x2 and one USB-C with Thunderbolt™ 4. It also offers two LAN interfaces – an Intel® GbE LAN with iAMT and a Realtek 5 GbE LAN with teaming and TSN support – as well as one COM RS-232 port, two SATA 6G connectors, and a total of four M.2 slots (Key M, Key B, Key E) for storage and expansion modules.

Flexible storage and operating system options

The CORE 5 Ultra supports up to 2× M.2 NVMe PCIe 4.0 SSDs and offers options for WLAN/Bluetooth via M.2 Key E. Supported operating systems include Windows 11, Windows 10 IoT, and Linux.
